About Therapy Resource

Therapy Resource is a free library of mental health resources designed for real clinical use. We provide worksheets, interactive tools, and psychoeducation materials grounded in evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and more.

Who it's for

Our resources are built for therapists and counselors who need reliable materials for sessions and homework assignments, for clients and individuals working on their mental health between appointments, and for students and educators studying therapeutic techniques.

Clinical editorial process

Every resource in our library undergoes a multi-stage clinical review process to ensure alignment with evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing, and other empirically supported modalities. All content is developed and reviewed by licensed mental health professionals for clinical accuracy, practical utility, and adherence to current diagnostic and treatment guidelines.

Our assessment tools (PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5, PSS-10, AUDIT) use validated scoring algorithms published in peer-reviewed journals. We cite original sources and do not provide clinical interpretation beyond published severity bands.

Free and accessible

Core worksheets are always free. Premium interactive tools and assessments are available for clinicians who want deeper functionality. We believe that high-quality mental health resources should be accessible to everyone, regardless of budget.

Important:Therapy Resource provides educational resources and is not a substitute for professional therapy or medical advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or call the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
