Everything in Clinician Pro. Your card is collected up front and charged only when the 7 days end. Cancel before then from your billing portal and you pay nothing.
The practice pays $50 a month, plus $5 a month for each director, supervisor and clinician ($500 a year plus $50 a seat a year on annual billing). Interns are free, one intern seat for each paid seat, for 12 months each. Add or remove someone and the bill adjusts.
Yes. Your first practice gets a 14-day free trial. Add a card, invite your team, and billing starts when the trial ends. It's one free trial per person, so a second practice you start bills from day one.
No. Drafts of client documents stay in each clinician's own browser, and the copy you print or save is the record. Co-signatures keep a fingerprint of the document and never the document itself.
Your practice covers it, so you never pay twice. Your own Clinician Pro keeps running until the practice's first bill is paid, then ends with no gap in your Pro. Your unused time becomes credit. A member's stays on their own account for any future Pro bill. A director's comes off the practice's first bill. Credit never expires. During the practice's free trial nothing changes: if your own Pro renews in that time, it bills as usual, and the unused part of that payment becomes your credit when the practice pays. If the trial ends without a payment, your own plan carries on as before. Interns have free seats, so an intern's own plan is left alone.
Yes. Clinician Pro and the Practice Suite cancel from the billing portal and run to the end of the period you've paid for. Every worksheet and assessment stays free after that.
