Yes. Cancel from your billing portal whenever you like: Account Settings → Manage Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of your billing period, and you keep full free-tier access (all worksheets, all assessments) after that.
Nothing is deleted. Your saved progress on worksheets and your practice-branding settings stay on the account in read-only mode. Re-subscribe anytime and pick up exactly where you left off.
