By accessing or using Therapy Resource ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Overview

Therapy Resource provides free mental health worksheets and premium interactive tools for therapists, clients, and students. Free content is available without an account. Premium features require a paid subscription.

2. Not a substitute for professional care

The worksheets, tools, and educational materials on this Site are for informational and self-help purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on this Site creates a therapist-client relationship. If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline or call 911 immediately.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time through your account's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Site for redistribution
• Redistribute, resell, or republish worksheets or tools as your own product
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Clinicians may print and share worksheets with their own clients as part of treatment. This is encouraged and does not violate these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including worksheets, tools, text, design, and code — is owned by Therapy Resource and protected by copyright. Free worksheets may be printed and used in clinical or personal settings. They may not be repackaged, sold, or distributed as a competing product.

7. Limitation of liability

Therapy Resource is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to reliance on any content, tools, or materials provided.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Site and cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
