What's Your Love Language?
A quick quiz based on the five love languages popularized by Dr. Gary Chapman: words of affirmation, quality time, receiving gifts, acts of service, and physical touch. Use it to start a conversation about what you each appreciate.
What the research says
The five love languages are a popular framework, not a validated test. Large reviews of the evidence (Impett, Park & Muise, 2024) found little support for the ideas that you have one “primary” language or that couples are happier when their languages “match.” Most people value all five. What most reliably predicts a happy relationship is feeling understood, validated, and cared for by your partner. Treat your results as a starting point for a conversation, not a diagnosis.

How it works
You'll see 20pairs of small, everyday moments. For each one, pick the option that would make you feel a little more loved. There are no right answers. At the end you'll see your five love languages ranked from strongest to lightest.
It works best when both partners take it separately and compare.
