MSI-BPD Screening
The McLean Screening Instrument for Borderline Personality Disorder is a validated 10-item screen mapped to DSM diagnostic criteria.
A screening instrument is not a diagnosis. Only a structured clinical interview by a qualified mental health professional can establish a BPD diagnosis. BPD is a treatable condition with good long-term prognosis when met with appropriate evidence-based care (DBT, MBT, TFP, Schema Therapy). If you are in crisis, contact 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline or call 911.
