This exercise invites you to picture a future where you have worked toward and achieved meaningful goals across key areas of your life. By writing about and regularly visualizing this ideal future, you strengthen your sense of purpose and clarify the steps needed to move forward.
For each life domain below, spend five minutes writing a vivid description of your best possible future self. Be as specific and detailed as you can. After completing all three domains, spend five minutes each day for the next week visualizing one domain at a time, cycling through them. Log your daily practice in the tracker.
