The group-format companion to the Muñoz individual manual, and the format RAND's page notes was the protocol's preferred mode of delivery. It gives group leaders a session-by-session structure built on the same thoughts, activities, and contacts framework, written in plain language for use in public-sector clinics.
A free Spanish edition (Muñoz, Aguilar-Gaxiola, and Guzmán) makes this one of the only complete free Spanish group CBT protocols. Like the individual manual, the PDFs are scans without a text layer.

Group homework maps directly onto the site's activation and thought-tracking sheets, and the social support worksheet covers the manual's people-and-mood module.
