Free to read and download from WHO, but this 2015 title predates WHO's Creative Commons era: it is all-rights-reserved, so unlike PM+ it may not be reproduced without WHO Press permission. The link goes to the official WHO record, which also carries translations in nine languages.

A CBT-based program for perinatal depression designed for delivery by community health workers rather than specialists, using illustrated materials, family involvement, and simple thought-and-activity strategies woven into routine maternal health visits from pregnancy through the infant's first year.
It launched WHO's low-intensity psychological interventions series and has been adapted and trialed in multiple countries; the same IRIS record carries official translations from Urdu to Ukrainian.
